- Grid-tied inverter capacity, brand, and monitoring connectivity.
- Mounting structure design (elevated or flush, material grade, wind resistance).
- Itemised commercial pricing, including GST, electrical balance of system, installation, and testing.
- Warranties for equipment and installation workmanship.
Written proposals carry a stated validity window (typically 15 to 30 days) reflecting hardware supply and freight fluctuations.
5. PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana & Central Subsidies
Central financial assistance (subsidy) for eligible residential systems (e.g. ₹30,000/kW for the first 2 kW and ₹18,000 for the 3rd kW, up to a maximum of ₹78,000) is a government benefit administered directly by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and the national portal.
While Dhoop Solar assists clients with technical submissions, documentation, and commissioning uploads, the subsidy is paid directly into the consumer's registered Aadhaar-linked bank account. Approval, eligibility determination, and disbursement timelines are strictly under the authority of the government scheme administrators.
6. CSPDCL Net Metering & Feasibility
Connection of grid-interactive rooftop solar systems is subject to approval by the Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited (CSPDCL). Feasibility clearance, transformer capacity limits, sanctioned load requirements, and net-meter testing remain subject to CSPDCL regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Standard grid-tied solar systems automatically disconnect during power grid outages for lineman safety and do not provide backup power unless battery backup systems are explicitly contracted.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from website interactions or written proposals shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
